Grand Beyazıt Hotel

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was terrible, the rooms were dirty and outdated, and the noise levels were unbearable. I would never stay here again. Here are some specific examples of the problems I encountered: No lock for the bathroom and shower, your kids can open the door while we are taking the shower as no any lock The walls were thin, so I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. When I took a shower, all the water leaked out onto the floor. I asked for an extra towel, but the staff said they would only give me one in the morning. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They were always in a hurry and didn't seem to care about my needs. When I lost my access card ( plastic card ) , they charged me 5 euros to replace it. I would give this hotel a negative review and recommend that others avoid it.

Good location for a trip close to Istanbul and to transport links around the nearby areas. Service is very good and breakfast was decent too. Only let down for me is the bathroom which was basically frosted glass dividers in the corner of a room with frosted glass door to both the toilet and the shower. No real personal privacy as you can hear everything from the room, if you get what I mean.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what one would expect from a hotel of this rating. The service was incredibly disappointing, more akin to a one-star establishment. Firstly, the hotel staff showed a lack of flexibility and basic courtesy. When we requested an extra towel, we were bluntly refused, with the staff stating that they had already provided towels in the morning. This is not the level of service one expects from a 4-star hotel. Secondly, I felt as though the hotel was constantly trying to extract extra money from us by any means possible. They attempted to charge us extra for 1 months age difference for my six-year-old child. Luckily, I managed to resolve this issue without any additional cost through Agoda. However, this attempt to overcharge left a bitter taste. Things took an absurd turn when they tried to charge us 9 Euros for an empty cup, claiming that we had broken it. We hadn't even used the cup, let alone break it. This was a clear example of the hotel's unscrupulous practices. Safety is a prime concern for any traveler, and I am sorry to say that this hoteldid not meet our expectations in that regard either. It felt like a non-safe place, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a 4-star one. The service, in general, was very poor. The staff seemed uninterested in helping or providing a pleasant experience. Their indifferent attitude was a stark contrast to the warm, welcoming service one would expect at a hotel of this rating. Finally, the breakfast was a letdown. The food was not up to par with the quality expected from a 4-star hotel. The variety was limited, the taste was mediocre, and the presentation was lackluster. In conclusion, I was deeply disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While it may boast a 4-star rating, the service was nothing better than a one-star. The hotel needs to seriously improve its service, pricing practices, and overall quality if it hopes to live up to its rating. I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel is located in a very central area. All of the main tourist attractions are close to the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service from the staff was excellent, especially Jhenk, Froza and Ferhat, and the rest of the team, too. The breakfast options are good, too. I would certainly recommend the hotel.

Absolutely horrible experience, not recommended at all , very rude staff , unprofessional extremely aggressive , the atmosphere was unpleasant and unsafe , trying to behave like criminals when you complain also throwing racist comments in their language which we understood, rooms are very dirty and AC never works , we ended up staying somewhere else but they still charged us for the days booked.

Filthy disgusting establishment, unsafe environment especially for families, please avoid at all costs , very rude staff who have no respect towards guests. Rooms were very dirty with broken furniture and stains all over the place . Bathroom design is a joke , when complaining they start throwing racist comments and because very abusive without any consideration to families and kids.
